The Aura by Sanaya is a women's self-transformation and manifestation platform delivering digital content, AI tools, community access, and self-development resources through a subscription-based membership at regulatewithaura.com.

Aura brings together nervous system education, subconscious pattern work, manifestation principles, emotional healing tools, and Sanaya's spiritual lens to support women in their personal growth and transformation.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Aura. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Aura is intended primarily for women and is designed with that community in mind.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use Aura's content for your own personal growth and non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any Aura content, including transcripts, audio, video, prompts, scripts, frameworks, or written materials, without written permission
• Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use any content from Aura to train, fine-tune, or inform AI models or systems
• Use Aura content for commercial purposes of any kind
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, copy, extract, or misuse data from the platform
• Misrepresent Aura, Sanaya, Miss Aura, or any Aura content as your own

Aura is an evolving platform. The content, features, tools, masterclasses, resources, community spaces, AI features, and other offerings available inside Aura may change, expand, be updated, paused, or removed from time to time as the platform evolves. We will do our best to communicate material changes where appropriate.

Miss Aura and the AI tools on this platform are designed around Sanaya's method, teachings, frameworks, and language. They are created to support you with real-time emotional reflection, nervous system guidance, manifestation practice, journaling, EFT support, and self-development.

They are not licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, medical professionals, lawyers, financial advisors, or crisis support providers.

Interactions with AI tools on Aura do not constitute therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be treated as such. AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate, complete, current, or suited to your specific circumstances.

Use your own judgement, and if you are dealing with a serious mental health condition, medical concern, legal concern, financial decision, or personal emergency, please work with a qualified professional.

Miss Aura and The Aura platform are not designed for crisis support.

Do not rely on Aura, Miss Aura, or any AI tool for emergency support.

All content, practices, and tools on Aura — including EFT tapping, guided visualisation, journaling, masterclasses, AI coaching, and community conversations — are for educational, self-development, and coaching purposes only. Nothing on this platform is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or therapeutic support.

By using Aura, you acknowledge that:

• You are an adult taking responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions
• Individual results from any practice, tool, content, or recommendation vary and are not guaranteed
• Sanaya and The Aura by Sanaya make no promise of specific outcomes from use of the platform
• You are responsible for seeking professional support where needed

Where your membership includes access to a community space, you agree to show up with respect, honesty, and care for others in the space.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, shame, or abuse other members
• Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or harmful behaviour
• Share unsolicited promotions, spam, or irrelevant commercial material
• Share another member's private story, image, voice, screenshot, personal information, or contribution outside the space without explicit consent
• Record, screenshot, distribute, or publish private community content without permission
• Misuse the community for personal, commercial, or manipulative purposes

We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in behaviour that we consider harmful to the community, the platform, or the safety of other members.

All content, frameworks, materials, branding, tools, prompts, scripts, methods, visual design, written content, audio, video, and intellectual property on Aura are owned by or licensed to The Aura by Sanaya. This includes Sanaya's method, Miss Aura's structure and language, platform content, visual design, written materials, and all related resources. Unauthorised use, reproduction, copying, redistribution, adaptation, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited. The names Miss Aura, The Aura by Sanaya, Aura by Sanaya, and Regulate and Become are proprietary to this platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Aura by Sanaya and Sanaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, financial, reputational, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, AI tools, community spaces, or any content. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the three months preceding the relevant claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Aura shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Aura after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance.
