About Aura
You have journalled. You have affirmed. You have done the courses, made the vision boards, listened to every podcast about mindset and manifestation. You know this world. You speak this language.
And yet.
You still shrink when the spotlight lands on you. Still overthink the text. Still feel that tight little guilt every time you rest, receive or want more than you already have. Still watching yourself repeat the same patterns in love, money, visibility and self-worth — even though you know better. Even though you have done the work.
Here is what nobody told you: knowing was never the problem.
Your desires are not blocked because you are not trying hard enough. They are blocked because somewhere deep in your body, in your subconscious mind, in the identity you built to survive — holding more does not feel safe yet.
That is the real work. And that is exactly what Aura was built for.
What Is Aura
Aura by Sanaya is a women's self-transformation and manifestation platform that works where the real blocks actually live — in the body, the subconscious mind and the identity underneath your desires.
This is not positive thinking. This is not "just trust the universe." This is nervous system regulation, subconscious rewiring and manifestation psychology working together so that becoming the woman who holds more feels like expansion — not danger.
Because your transformation should not feel generic when your life, desires and emotional patterns are deeply personal.
About Sanaya
Sanaya is a manifestation coach and emotional healing guide whose work sits at the intersection of nervous system healing, subconscious mind work and feminine identity transformation.
She built Aura after years of working with women who had done everything right — journalled, manifested, visualised, invested in themselves — and still kept shrinking from the very life they said they wanted. Still contracting when success got close. Still feeling unsafe when love showed up consistently. Still carrying guilt around money, rest and taking up space.
The pattern was impossible to ignore: surface-level manifestation was never going to be enough.
Sanaya's work helps women stop asking "why am I like this?" and start understanding what their body is actually trying to protect them from. She moves women out of self-blame and into self-knowledge. Out of survival mode and into the kind of grounded, regulated softness where desires can finally land — and stay.
Her work is soft, but never vague. Spiritual, but never fluffy. Bold enough to name what other spaces are too polite to say.
Aura is the living extension of that method. It carries Sanaya's voice, framework and wisdom into a space that meets you in real time — through the spiral, the self-sabotage, the discomfort right before the breakthrough, the old identity trying to pull you back.
Welcome to Aura. Regulate and Become.
